Can I really ask for anything?

Almost. Describe a job, an era, a place, a painter's style, a color mood, a holiday, a costume. We keep the face, fur and markings exactly as they are in your photo and paint everything else around it. We do not paint anything hateful, explicit, or that uses a real celebrity's likeness.

What kind of photo works best?

Eye level, face fully visible, decent light. A normal phone photo is perfect. For groups, one photo with everyone in it works best. You can also send one photo per pet in the notes after you order.

Do I see it before I pay?

Yes. The preview you make on this page is free. After you order, a person checks the final version, cleans up any odd detail, and emails it to you. Nothing prints until you say yes. Unlimited revisions.

Is it a real canvas?

Yes. A 1.25 inch gallery wrapped canvas on a solid wood frame, the image wraps around the edges, and it arrives ready to hang with no extra frame needed. Printed in the USA by our print partner.

How long does it take?

Preview in a minute or two. Digital files within 24 hours. Canvases arrive 5 to 9 business days after you approve the final version. Order by December 12 for Christmas.

What if I do not love it?

Ask for as many changes as you want, free. If we still cannot make you happy, you get a full refund. Personalized items do not need to be returned.

How is the portrait made?

Our studio paints each portrait digitally from your photo using AI assisted painting tools, and a person reviews every detail before it goes to print. That is how we can show you a preview in a minute or two and keep prices where they are.

Can I give it as a gift?

It is most of what we do. Order it to your address, or to theirs. Add a gift note at checkout and we leave the price off everything.
